    I see now why the software is absolutely necessary and why BPOS are much better than being a buyers agent. I remember an elderly lady who became a widow and waned to buy a condo. I showed her property every Sunday for 1 year. It got to the point I was reshowing her property that we had already seen. I finally wrote her a letter and told he to stay in the rented apartment.
